April 2008: I have added some content to the Fishing Notes and the photo gallery.

Men make plans and God laughs.... I guess it has become one of my favorite sayings.... I had solid plans which included regular updates with photographs and new texts. Well....as you might have noticed, that all went to bollocks... Pardon my French.

First of all my new job made spare time scarce. Secondly, I did a lot of fishing (!) both in my little river in Germany and a grand trip to the Miramichi where I managed to hook quite a few beautiful Atlantic salmon. (Now...if that is not a good excuse why I did not work on my website... :-) Thirdly I did a lot kilometers on my new (all black) racing bike. And last but not least....my PC died on me. My hard disk just stopped. I kicked the PC but that did not help. So I was without a private PC and had no access to my files. I was unable to update this site. And since I spent all my money on fishing trips and a new racing bike I could not afford a new PC.

So....time to make up! I've got a brand new PC and managed to retrieve all my files (because they were stored on a secondary disk drive.) I have many new stories to tell and plenty of new photographs. So...keep an eye on my site because it will have new stuff within a couple of weeks. (With a focus on the 'Fishing Notes' pages)

Ohh...and I finally, finally managed to add some paintings to my art page.....so go and have a look if you like...

Needless to say...I thank you all for your patience!
